Why is the report free? What's the catch?
The catch is in the open. The free report is how we show you the research is worth paying for. If it impresses you, the full plan for closing the gaps is €2,000. If you'd rather stop at the free report, you keep it and nobody rings you to sell you anything.
What's in the €2,000 part that isn't in the free part?
The free report tells you where you stand and why. The plan tells you what to do about it: about twenty steps, in order, each with the system to use, what it costs, how long it takes and whether you can do it yourself. The free report ends with a page on what we could do; the plan is the how.
How do you know who my competitors are?
We find them the way a customer does: who comes up when they search for what you do, who's nearby, who's winning the reviews, who's advertising. The report names them. If we've missed one that matters to you, tell us on the call and it goes in.
Will the visit disrupt the business?
No. We sit in, watch and ask the odd question. We don't run meetings or pull staff off the floor. Most owners tell their team "someone's in for the day looking at how we do things" and that's the extent of it.
I run the business on my own. Is it for me?
Yes. The report compares you with your competitors whatever size you are, and plenty of the gaps it finds are the kind one person can close in an afternoon. The visit is shorter when there's one of you.
Where do you cover?

Who sees the report and what we talked about?
You do. Your figures, your customers and your report stay between you and us. The competitors named in your report never see it. Nothing from your visit is used in marketing or shown to another business without your written say-so.
What happens to my details?
They're used to ring you and arrange the audit, and for nothing else. No mailing list, no selling them on. Ask at any time and they're deleted. The full version is here.
