How we handle your details.

What we collect

When you fill in the form we ask for the county the business is in, the kind of business, roughly how many people work there, how long it has been trading, your name, the business name, your phone number and email, and anything you choose to tell us before we ring. Nothing else is collected from the form, and the website doesn't use tracking cookies.

What we use it for

• To ring you and arrange the visit.
• To write your report. The report is about your business, so what we learn on the visit goes into it and nowhere else.
• To send you your report and, if you ask for it, the plan.

We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to anyone else. If you leave your email for the waiting list, you'll get one email if the audit opens up to businesses like yours, and that's all.

Who sees your report

You do. Your figures, your customers and your report stay between you and us. The competitors named in your report never see it, and nothing from your visit is used in marketing or shown to another business without your written permission.

Where it's kept and for how long

Form submissions arrive by email and are kept in that inbox. Reports and the notes behind them are kept so we can answer questions about them and update the plan if you buy it. If you'd rather we deleted everything once your report is delivered, say so and we will.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Reply to any email we've sent you, or fill in the form again with "please delete my details" in the notes box, and it's done within a few days. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie if you think we've got something wrong.
