How it works
Get started now. It takes two minutes.
Two minutes of your time to start, a day with us in the building, and the rest is done without you. Here's every step and what we need from you at each one.

Answer five questions
Where you are, what you do, the size of the team, how long you've been going, and where to ring you. Nothing about the business itself yet. That's what the visit is for.

We ring you
A ten-minute call to hear what's going on, what you think the problem is, and who you reckon you're up against. We agree a day for the visit that suits you. No slides, no pitch.

The visit
We sit in and see how the place runs: the systems you use, how enquiries come in, how work gets handed over, what happens when the phone rings and nobody's free. We stay out of the way and your team carries on as normal.

The research
We find your competitors and go through them the way a customer would, then the way an operator would. What they offer, what they run on, where they're ahead and where they're not. Every point gets a figure and a source.

Your free report
A written report as a PDF, walked through with you in person or on a call. It's yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.
The visit
Know what to expect on the day.
The visit is where the report gets its edge over anything done from a desk. It only works if the day is a normal one, so we ask for very little.
What we need from you
A corner to sit in, twenty minutes with whoever runs the place, and a look at the systems you use day to day: the diary, the phone, the accounts package, whatever's on the wall.
What we don't do
No meetings, no workshops, no pulling staff off the floor, no forms for them to fill in. If someone asks who we are, "looking at how we do things" is the whole answer.
What we're looking for
Where time goes that shouldn't. Where a customer gets lost between ringing and buying. What's written down twice. What your competitors have made easy that's still hard here.
After the report
Decide what happens next. Or nothing.
Most of the report is where you stand and why. The last page is what we could do about it. From there it's your call: stop and keep the report, buy the plan for closing the gaps, or have the steps built for you. Pricing is on its own page, in full.
The clock starts when you fill in the form.
